Card Remover

The NPC will ask for a fee of 200,00 zeny plus 25,000 zeny for each card she will remove from the item. In addition, she also needs a Star Crumb and a Yellow Gem Stone.

You can find the Card Remover at the Prontera town inside the house where the Reset NPC is standing.

After you enter the house enter the portal on the left.

Look for the old woman and start conversation in able to remove a card on your equips.
